Gary Steel has served in his current roles of Head of HR and Member of the Group Executive Committee of ABB Ltd. since January 2003. Prior to that, Gary had fulfilled a range of positions and responsibilities with Shell and its subsidiaries. He joined Shell Chemicals UK in 1976.
