Excellent description of techniques necessary to bring up the drowning organizations and to sail smoothly.Three prong startegy for mergers is fantastic too. When companies have surplus they offer premium to acquire smaller organizations without analyzing post merger situation. Then in most of such cases it is difficult to bring up the share holders expectations.Job Well done FRED,I wish I could get a chance to be like you.
