The 'talent watch' process that Hans describes is an extriemly effective idea. Its fantastic that such a large company is able to value each and every employee, and merit them on their talents with reviews and mentoring. Such a process can really build confidence amoung the workforce and therefore contribute to a strong culture which is always great for productivity.
