Herbert's concepts (insights) on 'CEO-as a role model' were excellent.
it's very good
Great interview is very inspirational man, great demonstration of leadership drive development innovation along the way that play supporting demande and supply that peoples have a good reason to buy for Adidas products last long good quality but expensive. Lina Kay
It gave me a great insight into what needs to be implemented when one works at the top level of a organisation .
Great leadership skills. An outstanding role model. Great interview.
An amazing leader. He values adidas employees and demonstrates this by his inclusive gatherings and meetings and his openness.
Great guy, good interview. Hainer is clearly a practical guy who believes in doing, not just talking about it. I liked his practical examples of how he brought more innovation to the company: removing reporting layers and opening close-to-market R&D centers. I'd love to hear more about how they facilitated these changes throughout the company.
Couldn't agree more with you Adam, Hainer leads by example and this model has been the perfect fit for Adidas.
Herbert Hainer is an inspirational man, his attitude, in my opinion, is absolutely spot-on. His leadership style of open and honest dialogue, is commendable and exudes confidence in his ability to lead. Most memorable comments, for me, were 'turning the big tanker into a speed boat again' and 'it's the fastest who will win the races'.
Great interview but it was cut short to 06:45 minutes out of 13:03, please correct. Thanks a million.
