Everything I've ever heard Rory say made perfect sense. I'm a huge fan of his thinking, his values, and his sense of humour. Unfortunately I had to play the questions (not the answers) twice each to understand them, mostly because of the interviewer's lack of appropriate inflection. He looks and sounds like he's reading the news rather than posing a question. Come on mate, lighten up... smile! :-)

Rory really emphasises the significance and importance of brand identity by stating that "your brand is forever hostage to the sudden tipping point of public opinion." I couldnt agree more, it's all about creating the perfect image and not letting anything tarnish it! Much harder than it sounds!
