How do you manage the responsibility that comes with leading such innovative thinking?

Useful information and advice that can be beneficial to any business, especially those with a focused direction and a strong code of ethics. Just goes to show what level some organisations are willing to go to when feeling threatened by new competion. By surrounding and incorporating people with the same beliefs and dedication as your company's goal; your business shall prevail regardless of what dirty tricks you encounter in your competors.

Great interview. I think it is important to have commercial development of industries that have been previously controled by government organizations. There is all the potential in the world to have profound affects on air travel, and I am looking forward to seeing how Virgin can drive that development in my lifetime.
