Financially effective healthcare benefits: towards a predictable cost model

One thing is clear: the old health benefits system is broken. In 2014, the projected average cost of health coverage was estimated at more than $13,000 per employee, with this amount set to spiral further in future. In this session, we’ll be looking at ways to more effectively manage healthcare costs, gain greater insight and predictability into where the cost drivers are, and decrease healthcare costs to positively impact the bottom line. The conversation will also consider how to plan and budget more effectively, while satisfying HR requirements and offering greater employee choice and responsibility.
