The explosion in mobile devices over the past few years has seen a corresponding explosion in the volume of mobile data being generated. Harnessing such data is challenging – and yet for those firms able to tap into the insights on offer, the opportunities for service improvement and the potential to develop a more customer-centric offering are incredible.
