“We’ve got a very clear strategy and plan.  And we’re basically looking to raise finances to do that. The great thing is that we’ve got it to a place to where we just have to demonstrate that it works with a pilot scheme.  And we’re planning to do a pilot scheme in Ghana with this high-speed train.  They’re working on the process of that.  And we’ve gotten backing from the Ghana government to put the plan.”
